For coaches who are good at this but still Google:

You put “behavior change coach” in your IG bio, but can you back that up?

You’re following psychologists + PhDs you admire. You’re saving their reels left + right and borrowing their words and phrases in your check-ins. It makes you feel 50% confident… you’re learning from an expert, right?

But even when your clients get results, part of you still isn't sure you know what you're doing.

Somehow, the 10 certs + webinars you’ve paid for still haven’t kicked your imposter syndrome to the curb. That’s because true EXPERT level behavior change coaching is the one thing no certification is capable of teaching.

It’s exactly what 9 months of mentorship will create.

The Change Mastery Mentorship: a 9 month long, one on one mentorship that turns competent coaches into experts.

Tell me more →

You get hit every day with five million things you're "supposed" to prioritize. Social media. Marketing. Your client's nervous system. The newest cert. (And by the way, are you trauma informed yet?)

So you started wishing for a flowchart. Something that just says: when your client says this, do that.

But wanting the flowchart is a symptom, not a solution. You already have the knowledge. What's missing is your instincts – the understanding of how to use all that information at the right moment, in the middle of a tough conversation. You can't read your way to instinct.

Can we be honest about the coaching industry right now? It's a hard place to be.

Knowledge gets you to competent, but feedback is the only thing that will get you to expert.

A client says "I know what I should do — I just didn't do it," and you go quiet. (Or maybe, you word vomit tactics until the 5 minutes past the call end time).

That ↑ is the moment we're trying to shift.

Your career as a coach doesn't have to feel like walking on thin ice.

So you do what you know. You pour in more. You over-explain. You start babysitting them a little — or a lot. You wonder if you should make more resources. Better onboarding?

Meanwhile, those clients cycle out — a little progress, never quite enough to stay. You spend your days panicking about IG engagement and marketing tactics, because your current roster never feels like real stability.

You’ve experienced it all:

The one who spirals if the scale ticks up this week.

The client who was all-in on the call, then vanished by Thursday.

The check-in you've reread three times, sure there's something underneath you can't name.

Information used to be worth paying for, but now your client gets a meal plan and customized macro count from AI before their coffee's done, at a $0 cost.

If you’re a nutrition coach, the clients that came to you for weight loss transformations two years ago are lining up to get their GLP1 prescription instead.

So what's left? The one thing no app and no prescription can touch: deep, internal change inside a real relationship with a skilled human.

That's the job now. The coaches who can do it get more valuable. Everyone else is about to be competing with a chatbot.

A lot of coaches won't survive that. The ones who do will be the ones who got dangerously good.

People ask me all the time why I don't just build a certification. I've helped build plenty, so here's the truth:

A cert hands you a gold star for absorbing information. It takes you from knowing nothing to competent, then stops. That's what it's built to do.

You can read about gymnastics every day for five years and still not do a cartwheel. You can keep trying alone and stay stuck. What gets you there is someone beside you going, "spring off your left ankle, shift your weight here."

Every skilled person has had that. Dietitians train under a preceptor. Therapists log supervised hours. Getting my PhD, I had an advisor grilling my thinking until I could hold my own.

Nobody reaches expert alone.
So why are you expecting it of yourself?

WE DON’T BUILD AVERAGE PROGRAMS. HERE’S THE CORE OF THE CMM MAGIC.

Self-discipline isn't a personality trait. It's 10 learnable skills — and we've broken down every one:

The Foundations Framework

Cognitive Restructuring

Self-Monitoring

Emotional Regulation

Metamotivation

Cognitive Flexibility

Resource Management

Behavioral Patterning

Environmental Architecture

Future Self Thinking

Goal Metacognition

When a client swears they'll take three walks and takes zero, this framework shows you exactly which skill broke down — and hands you the opening line to start the real conversation. It's the engine behind our own coaching practice, and you'll be licensed to use it with every client you ever take.

The DART Method

What to actually do once you're in the conversation:

TRUST:  build a client's belief in their capability, and yours in yours.

RECOMMEND:  match an evidence-based strategy to the actual situation, instead of throwing tools at the wall.

ASK:  the motivational interviewing skills that pull a client's own motivation forward instead of triggering resistance. (We call one of these "empathy with a backbone.")

DETECT:  Read between the lines. Tell a fixed mindset apart from cognitive overload apart from a values conflict, before you respond.

Nobody else pairs a behavior-change PhD's framework with a top-tier motivational interviewing expert, and teaches it while still coaching hundreds of everyday clients, not just other coaches.

Inside Change Mastery Mentorship

We open with a private 1:1 to map exactly who you're becoming — then build the rest of the year to get you there. One coach sold out an entire program within three months of the clarity that session gave her.

Your Future Coach Self Session

Bite-sized modules, 20 minutes or less a week, each with one specific thing to try in your coaching that week. Built so you can actually keep up.

The Full Curriculum

Cohorts capped at 5–8 on purpose, so everyone talks on every call.

 Bi-Weekly Group Coaching

You send a written check-in; Lilly sends back tailored video feedback on your actual coaching. This is the feedback loop the whole program runs on.

Bi-Weekly 1:1 Check-Ins with Lilly

We pull apart real, anonymized check-ins together and practice your detection skills out loud, in breakout pairs.

Case-Study Roundtables

Hit a message you have no idea how to answer? Send it in with the client's identity hidden, and get back a tailored script and the reasoning — so you can handle the next one yourself.

The Feedback Loop

The modules and recordings stay yours, updates included.

Lifetime Access

An active group chat for the wins, the quick gut-checks, and the genuinely weird client days.

A Private Community

Plus all of these bonuses:

A license to the full BBA behavior-change toolkit:  IP Karin is currently in talks to license elsewhere in a multi-six-figure deal.

The 300-page resource index: done-for-you activities for all-or-nothing thinking, prioritization, self-efficacy, and more, ready to hand a client.

The coaching tech + ClickUp build with Nina: a backend so your growing roster stops living in a Google Doc.

A client onboarding system: so you stop answering the same question 45 times a week.

The Confident Coaching Assessment:  score your skills at the start, send Lilly a real call to evaluate, and re-check anytime to watch your growth on paper.

Your Instructor:
Dr. Karin Nordin, PhD, Founder and CEO

Karin has a PhD in health communication, specialized in behavior change — four years and a frankly absurd amount of money spent learning how change actually works.

She’s helped build some of the most respected certifications in this field, including Precision Nutrition's L2 and their Sleep, Stress & Recovery cert. She could have built another one, but she built a mentorship instead. That means something.

Your Mentor: Lilly Malardie, MPH, Director of Coaching, Body Brain Alliance

Lilly is one of a small number of people worldwide accepted into the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers. Here's what makes her rare: she never quit her clients to go coach coaches.

She runs the coaching program that keeps our whole company standing, working with hundreds of ordinary people through elections, viral panic, and hard seasons. Her clients stay, in fact, a whopping 95% of them past the six-month mark. When she mentors you, it's from inside the exact work you're doing every day.

"Lilly is the behavior change wizard. She'll tell you what you need to hear, but in a way that leaves you steady and ready to go." — Kaylin

Nine months of 1:1 mentorship is the kind of access top performers in every field pay thousands for. Most coaches have already spent this much — or double — on certifications that only handed them theory. This hands you application, feedback, and a framework you keep for the rest of your career.

We’ll handle your emotional brain in a minute.
Let’s start by talking pure, objective math.

Right now you're paying hundreds to land each client. You don’t KNOW that because you aren’t tracking it, but think about it. The reels subscription. The hours spent scrolling, posting, creating. The email marketing software. The masterclass on viral hooks.

Your cost of acquisition is huge – and it might be worth it, if your clients stayed for years… but they don’t.  You’re losing them a few months later because they didn't get far enough to stay.

So you go find another. It's a hamster wheel, and more marketing doesn't get you off it — retention does. When clients actually get results, they stay, they re-sign, and they send you their friends.

That’s what creates the stable, secure business you’re dreaming about.

When you complete CMM, three things start turning each other like a wheel: retention, adherence, and satisfaction. That's what builds a practice with a real, reliable foundation.

I know, because it's how I built mine. Our coaching program has sat within 10% of max capacity for nearly four years straight, with barely any marketing effort. That came down to one thing: coaches who are exceptional at the work.

One more piece of math: the Foundations Framework on its own, licensed to you as IP, would run more than the price of this entire program. I’m letting you use it for free.

I KNOW THIS INVESTMENT MAKES YOUR HEART DROP DOWN TO YOUR BUTTHOLE.

"I've made more money in the first 2.5 months of this year than I ever have in my business, period. Clients are dropping from the sky — and signing up for longer, sometimes 12 months from the start."   — CMM alum

You're Protected Two Ways:

Show up, do the work, complete your check-ins, watch the modules. If you go through six months of the program and still aren't seeing your confidence and client adherence shift, we'll give you your money back.

THE GUARANTEE

We don't let you just swipe a card. We read every application and only say yes if we're 100% confident we can help you, specifically.

THE APPLICATION

01

CMM is not for you if:

You're brand new or pre-certification. If that’s the case, you're early! Come back when you've got a few clients; start with Change Academy in the meantime.

You want another certificate for the wall without changing how you coach.

You're after done-for-you marketing. This makes you a better coach, which grows your business but it IS NOT business coaching.

CMM is for you if:

You're an established health, fitness, or wellness coach with active clients right now. (It's hands-on. You need live coaching to practice on.)

You've got a certification or an equivalent foundation.

You're past the scramble of getting started and want to become the expert, not collect one more credential.

You want a steady, referral-fed practice (and maybe even something bigger than one-on-one someday.)

You're up for being coached and corrected for a year.

In person or online, nutrition or life or executive coaching… if you're having actual conversations with actual people, this works.

What Coaches Say After...

"The biggest change is my confidence. Before, I second-guessed how I handled things and whether I was doing enough. Now I'm sure of myself, and getting clients results because of it. There's so much packed in, it's worth twice the price." — Kaylin

"Game changer. Learning that it's not my job to fix the client — just to ask the question that helps them find it. One recently said, 'and yes, before you even ask, here's my plan for the obstacles coming up.' Proud coach moment." — Jess H.

"This is the best investment you can make in yourself to bridge the gap between the behavior-change knowledge you have and actually putting it to use." — Jen W.

"It's not about the tools. It's learning how to think, listen, and show up differently. You grow as a coach, and honestly, as a person." — Lindsay L.

"You learn to handle the client scenarios that make your skin crawl, and feel good about it. It made me think: "maybe I don't need another certification after all." — current coach

What Coaches Say After...

Questions Coaches Ask First

Three active clients and you're ready. That's the minimum and we do stick with it (and check on it, so please do NOT lie). Without those 3 as a minimum, the program will not work, because you need REAL clients to practice with. If you have less than 3, you're early. Set 3 as a goal + and we'll happily see you next round.

"Am I ready? I've only got a few clients."

Yup, sure as hell does. We did that on purpose. Mastery doesn't happen in 12 weeks, which is why NO advanced degree only takes 1 semester. A year is the MINIMUM of how long it takes to build the skill and get enough reps that it turns intuitive. It also means you've got skin in the game, which is exactly what makes people follow through.

"A whole year feels like a big commitment."

It is a lot, and I won't pretend otherwise. But run the numbers: you're probably spending more than this every year chasing clients you can't keep, and you’ll DEFINITELY spend more than $10k in leaky impulse purchases if you don’t get your imposter syndrome under control and stop panic-buying masterclasses when your client roster feels shake. If you lift your retention, the program pays for itself… and then keeps paying, indefinitely, forever.

"$10K is a lot — how do I know it's worth it?"

Yes. Behavior change is behavior change whether you're in a gym, on Zoom, or across a boardroom. Our cohorts span all of it, and you'll learn from the range.

"Will it work for my niche or my in-person clients?"

Lilly builds the cohort calls around your availability, and if we genuinely can't make the calls work for you, we won't accept your application.

"What if I'm in a different time zone?"

There is one thing I know to be true:

The business you want doesn't show up until you're ready to be the person who can run it.

I half-jokingly call the moment right before you decide PBL — puke, believe, leap. That swirl of fear and possibility that shows up right before something changes.

If you've read this far, some part of you is already leaning in. Your logical brain is probably listing reasons it's not the right time. But that quiet pull you keep feeling? That’s your intuition. It’s not woo-woo… intuition is a very evidence-based phenomenon, and it’s worth trusting.

Come be the coach who doesn't need the flowchart.
