Drea Liatis

Drea recently found her passion in coaching others after many years of helping people. She received her Doctorate in Neuroscience because she wanted to help those with chronic diseases, then became a Physician Assistant because she wanted to be bedside, treating those with the diseases she had studied. But it wasn't until she decided to help herself by getting coached through BBA that she found her real path in helping people.

Coaching helped Drea become a more confident, resilient, calm, and compassionate version of herself. Never losing who she was, just amplifying all the things she wanted to be. And now she wants to be able to give that back to others.

Drea is originally from Argentina but has lived all across the globe, spanning North and South America and Southeast Asia, giving her the lucky experience of getting to know several cultural settings. She currently resides in Atlanta, GA with her husband and two sons.

Behavior Change Coach

As a compassionate, yet direct, scientist at heart, I want to help you explore who you want to be in an evidence-based, but down-to-earth manner. I love offering clients a safe and non-judgmental space to examine their priorities, values, motivators, and strategies. Nothing is “wrong” or “bad”. Instead, I invite clients to be introspective and decide what works for them and what their barriers are, while making room to offer small steps for gradual change.

What Her Clients Say...

I joined Alliance Coaching at 29 weeks pregnant. I wanted some help navigating a lot of change in my life and developing a more present mindset. Coaching helped me with that, but I also want to share a bigger win: Almost 2 weeks ago, I gave birth to my son. My labor and delivery had several complications and did not go as expected, but I handled it fairly well. Reflecting on the birth experience afterwards, I realized it was exactly the core 4 values I was working on in coaching that helped me navigate labor and delivery:1. Intentionality 2. Self-Aware 3. Resilient 4. Self-Compassion. I want to thank Drea for her coaching this quarter and the entire BBA team for this program and the curriculum! Seriously life-changing <3

Coaching has 1000% changed my life! I don't even recognize who I am in the best way!

I really am learning a lot about myself - especially after last week's check-in and assigned activities. Thank you again for being such a big help :) I am so excited to see how I can improve now that I have a label for something that explains so much about my habits.
