Staci has been coaching since 2011, helping clients around the world build strength, improve nutrition, and create sustainable routines that fit their real lives, rather than the other way around. Her approach is grounded, strategic, and centered on aligning daily habits with personal values.

Originally from New York, Staci now lives in Tennessee with her husband and preteen daughter, juggling the dance mom grind with heavy lifting and early morning runs. She’s currently exploring what it means to stay sharp, strong, and just a little rebellious on the other side of 50.

I don’t give fluff or false cheerleading - but I do believe in your ability to change, and I’ll meet you with both structure and support as you do the work.

I love helping clients cut through the noise, build systems that actually fit their lives, and stay grounded when things get messy. My role isn’t to hand you a plan, it’s to help you learn to trust yourself as you build one.
